Founder & Managing Partner
Antoinette spent 13 years as a corporate consultant and certified trainer with Dale Carnegie Training of Georgia, where she led leadership programs for corporate cohorts and coached trainer candidates through certification. She is a Positive Intelligence® (PQ) coach.
She works with founders, executives and institutions across corporate, higher-education and public-sector settings to strengthen leadership infrastructure and prepare teams for growth.
